(User Info | Send a Message) http://www.thepartylive.com | I am really not sure which way to vote on this one. Firstly I don't think that she should be released at all. There was no reason that a plea bargin had to take place.
However, under the law, she has served her time, and therefore should be a free woman. Think about it this way, if you made a mistake as a youth and served your time for it, would you like to put that behind you and move on?
Then again, there is some evidence that she has not really been punished, and may repeat her crimes. This is a tough decision both legally and morally. |
