It seems that the rifts between the old PC and the old Alliance are bigger than originally thought, and the intentions of some of the old members of the alliance are coming to light. Sure they say that if there is a better way to run things they should change it no matter what the original agreement was, but changing the representation rules is not really a good change. Think about it, basically you are only going to be able to get stronger in the place that are already strong. I think that the way to actually get stronger is to give the ridings with fewer people MORE representation and power. That way things will happen to strengthen the power in the east where they need it so that they will eventually get a government.

I think that the fact that this motioin came forward shows the rest of Canada that one of the things that they dislike so much about the new CPC, the fact they don't like change as much as they say, is going to hurt them, even if the motion is not passed.

Also the fact that we haven't heard Harper's stance on this subject will make people wonder even more.
