Didn't you read in the news how they came out and said that everything in the book was a lie or exageration, and then the Vatican had to say something because it wouldn't look very good if the only religious group that said anything was an extremeist one
Yes, I briefly read about it, but the book described the group in detail and its story was well written, so I feel like there is this evil group "Opus Dei". But the group is actually fairly large, right? So, I suppose that there are regular Christian-ish people and also there are some extremists?
Good article on wikipedia. Opus Dei for the most part seems alright. However major questions have been raised about their indoctrination and some of their motives. There is defiently a sinister side to them, but it always happenes when religion is involved.
