DART is going to Pakistan to help with the relief efforrt after the horrific earthquakes. They have been extremely busy this year, however some people are wondering if they are being sent too often. I know that this has been a crazy year, however it does cost a lot to send this team out.

When do you not send the dart team? I think what has happened in Asia is a real good reason to send the DART Team over. Money shouldnt be an issue since we are a 1st world country and can eat up the cost fast and easly.
