The African country of Burundi is setting an example that all governments should follow, and that is including Canada's Treasury dept.
This government has halted all purchases of luxury cars, and lowered the budget available for government cars from $70000 to $10000.
This is huge since to fill the old cars twice it was equivalent to a government ministers salary, of $313. Burundi is a country where the popluation lives on $0.25 a day. They could live on the same amount of money that most of us spend on our morning coffee.
