Mr. Kenney after speaking with the Chinese guards was told to stand across the street. The family then invited him over to pay his respects. Paul Martin tried to say he was not visiting becuase they family asked that they be left alone (mean while the footage shows that Jason was very well recieved). Of course, Martin then says it was not on the agenda.
Needless to say, Kenney went to pay respects to a man that wanted to help China modernise, while Martin would rather praise the "progress" made on human Rights in China.
