Well Homolka is set to be freed on July 5, 2005 or in other words less than a month. I was JUST a teenager when all of this happened, but I still remember it well. Personally I hate plea bargains and the Crown royally screwed up this case, in my opinion, they jumped the gun for the plea bargain, and then new evidence was found in lots of time before the trial.
So what do you remember about the case? Do you agree with the way it was handled?

Karla is the obvious brains of the operations and might have been responsible for more crimes. She has gone out of her way to change her name, her looks and is not remorseful. The first chance she gets she is going to slip the police and dissipear into either the united states or somewheres in Quebec. She in bilingual and can go anywheres.
This whole deal thing it pathetic, to the victims and to the justice system.
