Scientists in Britian have successfully cloned a human embryo. Britian is the first country to license cloning for stem cells. Finally another way to continue stem cells research without the contriversial abortion babies.

Oh but I am sure Mr Bush will fire things up soon enough when he vetos a bill that would promote stem cell research.

No Bush vetoing stem cell research will only stop research in the USA. The country that has the most resources and money for this type of research. Sure the reasearch will be done in other countries but I really don't understand Bush's stance on teh whole thing. The cells that are to be used are only going to be destroyed otherwise. There are numerous medical abortions that are performed every year, the stem cells from those embryos are currently destroyed when they could be put to use and used for research into curing numerous illnesses
