Toronto made good on an offer that Lastmen made after Hurricane Juan, $50000 was sent to PEI for trees that the island lost during the hurricane.
Lastmen committed the money after the hurricane because of the plows that PEI sent to Toronto to help clear snow in 1999. I am glad that this commitment wasn't lost forever after Lastmen left office
